“I started training with Ash about five years ago at our CrossFit box. As a rookie member I was trying to improve almost every movement. I wanted to seek some advice from Ash on how to improve certain movements, I am glad I did it. The top wish list item I made was to be able to do 1 pull up.

As a coach he worked on a plan for me and in this whole journey Ash has helped me immensely in a few other components like nutrition, strength, how to overcome mental barriers.
