Services

Uncommon Strength training builds strong, resilient, healthy and happy bodies and minds that provide vitality and support for everyday life. We help the people we train to keep enjoying and improving at the things they love doing outside of the gym. We teach how to train. We don’t just teach technique, but the greater meanings of having a practice in your life that promotes enjoyment and self-sustainability.

Our sessions are suited to all levels of fitness and skill. We meet you where you’re at.

Our studio is in Noosa Heads, Queensland. We also offer online sessions, programming and support for non-locals and travellers.

There is no one size fits all. The right approach for you will depend on your experience and goals. This could look like a couple of group sessions each week or one-on-one personal training weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals. We can help you choose the best option for your individual goals.

“I love to share what I have learned over the 12+ years of owning and operating Charge CrossFit plus 3 years of Uncommon Strength. I’ve made many mistakes, learned on my feet and also found so much value in reaching out to others outside of my business to learn what I didn’t know and couldn’t see.” - Ash Jones
