The great artist Michelangelo claimed that his sculptures were already present in the stone, and all he had to do was carve away everything else.
This is how we view exercise.
Every movement – every set and rep – is a chance to shape yourself.
The body is ever-changing.
It adapts to everything you ask (or don’t ask) of it.
Use it or lose it.
But no need to panic.
You can also regain functions and create new ones.
All it takes is intention, persistence and one rep at a time.
The way we train our students is a giant mix of everything valuable and needed. Our approach is guided by the depth of our experience and having trained thousands of people over the past 16 years.
Hello! I am interested in transformation, growth and longevity. In being healthy, feeling vital and capable for the rest of our lives.
I believe it is uncommon to spend time reconnecting with the basics and playing the long game with training. These things I have found are key to levelling up your physical body. They also transfer across to so many other aspects of life.
I love meeting people where they are at and helping them progress through the infinite things a body can learn and do. To share the amazing feeling of owning your body by challenging yourself physically and learning new things.
I am super passionate about this because I know what it feels like to not own your body. Before I found training, I was working in an office hunched over a computer and I noticed I was gradually getting slower, spongier and I was taking my body for granted. It was then that I started my journey and changed my life. I decided I wanted more for myself. So I found a trainer, went to the gym and started to feel amazing. I now feel so open, capable and fit!
My qualifications and training lay in many different movement disciplines (see below).
I offer Personal Training sessions in-person and online and teach multiple weekly small group sessions. I also offer Mentoring to business owners and coaches in the industry. This can be done online or in person. All services are tailored to the individual(s). All levels of fitness, skill and experience are welcome.

I am interested in training as a practice that is supportive of the things we love in life. I love to help people to experience training as a practical, enjoyable and empowering action that enhances their physical, mental and emotional resilience.
I believe the principle of reciprocity applies to our own bodies - Like a garden or a forest, if we tend to our bodies with mindful effort we can influence our health, relationships and adaptation of our whole personal ecosystem.
My training is in fitness and holistic wellness. From a young age, I have loved to move my body and feel strong and capable. Through working with my own Personal Trainer, I noticed that the extra attention we gave to my physical training had created positive physical change on a level I hadn't experienced before - including healing a shoulder injury and saving me from surgery! I had more fun and engagement in training. and also noticed a huge improvement in my CrossFit performance and overall happiness and wellbeing.
I offer Personal Training and small group sessions in-person and online. I am also available to collaborate on events and retreats.
All levels of fitness and skill are welcome.
